Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct interactive and engaging classroom sessions.
- Prepare students for board examinations through regular tests and doubt-solving sessions.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide remedial support when required.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning setting.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com).
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a ISC school (preferred).
- Excellent English communication and classroom management skills.
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Accountancy and Business Studies.
- Passion for mentoring students and achieving academic excellence.
