Job Description:
- Oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (online, social media, print, events), ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Create and implement social media strategies, manage social media presence, and engage with followers and potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform and adapt marketing strategies.
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
- Develop and implement link building strategy




- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
- Monitor video performance, track viewer engagement, and provide insights for improving content strategies.
- Ensure all video content aligns with the Uptown Spaces brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look, feel, and messaging across all platforms.
- Develop content aimed at educating potential buyers, investors, and the general public about the real estate market, our projects, and the advantages of living in Uptown Spaces.
- Plan and produce podcast-style videos related to industry trends, real estate market insights, and community topics relevant to our audience.
- Produce high-quality video content showcasing the unique aspects of our real estate projects, including in-depth tours of sample flats and facilities.
