Oracle/ServiceMax Techno-Functional Engineer:

You will work across Oracle and ServiceMax environments, combining functional understanding with hands-on technical troubleshooting. Role Overview:
As an Oracle/ServiceMax Techno-Functional Engineer, you will support day-to-day operations, incident resolution, enhancements, and system stability across ServiceMax and Oracle-related processes. You will translate business needs into practical solutions, validate fixes through testing, and help ensure reliable performance across integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide techno-functional support for ServiceMax and Oracle users,



resolving issues related to functionality, data accuracy, integrations, and performance.
- Analyze incidents, service requests, and enhancement needs, then define practical solutions that align with business and system requirements.
- Support configuration, testing, deployment, and release activities across Salesforce/ServiceMax and Oracle environments.
- Troubleshoot ServiceMax and Salesforce components such as standard and custom objects, validation rules, workflows, triggers, flows, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, reports, and dashboards.
- Review Oracle EBS, PL/SQL, and SQL-related issues, and support functional analysis across Oracle Financials or other ERP processes when needed.
- Partner with business SMEs, architects, administrators, delivery teams, and project managers to drive effective resolution and delivery.
- Document root causes, fixes, workarounds, technical notes, and support procedures
