Key responsibilities:
Create, schedule, and publish content for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube and X.
Support Online Reputation Management (ORM) by monitoring brand mentions, comments, reviews, and online conversations and escalating relevant queries or concerns.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities, industry trends, and marketing strategies.
Research relevant topics, trends, awareness days, and content opportunities for the brand.
Design basic marketing creatives and assets using tools such as Canva.
Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Maintain and support the execution of the marketing and social media content calendar.
Track social media and campaign performance metrics and help prepare performance reports and insights.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on branding, promotional, events, and marketing projects.
Support audience and community engagement across relevant digital platforms.

Requirements
What we're looking for:




Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, branding, and content creation.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube and X.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
Curious, creative, and proactive, with a willingness to learn and experiment.
Ability to research trends, understand audiences, and think creatively about content and campaigns.
Basic understanding of marketing metrics and analytics is an added advantage.
