Summary
This role entails comprehensive leadership of the sales operations, retail network, and field personnel within a designated region. The incumbent will focus on growing the General Trade sector by uncovering new opportunities, enhancing store efficiency, and driving overall territory expansion. Success requires managing promoters and sales executives, optimizing market coverage, and monitoring key performance metrics such as visits, leads, conversions, and sales volume to maximize productivity. Lead and oversee the sales force, store network, and field team assigned to the specific territory.

Manage the recruitment, training, and daily activities of promoters and sales executives across the region.
Monitor and analyze field performance data, including visit frequency, lead generation, conversion rates, and sales figures.

Requirements
Requirements:
Possess a minimum of three years of professional experience in field sales, General Trade, FMCG, consumer durables, or retail sectors.
Demonstrate a verified history of meeting sales targets and effectively managing field-based teams.
Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and execution capabilities.
