This role offers an opportunity for an experienced Estonian voice professional to contribute directly to the development of next-generation AI voice technologies.
You will use your vocal expertise to create and evaluate high-quality training data for advanced language and speech models.
The work combines professional voice performance with linguistic evaluation, annotation, and AI-assisted testing.
You’ll assess pronunciation, tone, pacing, emotional expression, and naturalness across a variety of speech samples.
Your feedback will help improve how AI systems understand and reproduce authentic Estonian speech.

Accountabilities
Record scripted speech material in Estonian for use in AI training and evaluation datasets.
Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for pronunciation, linguistic accuracy, naturalness, tone, pacing, and overall quality.
Provide nuanced feedback on emotional expression, vocal delivery, regional variation, and other characteristics of authentic Estonian speech.
Identify and annotate errors or inconsistencies in AI-generated speech and clearly document your observations.
Work with project teams to refine prompts, evaluation methodologies, and voice-design guidelines.
Apply qualified voice-acting judgment to help distinguish natural, expressive speech from outputs that require improvement.
Contribute consistently high-quality recordings and structured evaluations while following project guidelines and technical requirements.
