The BMC Product Manager – Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) will lead the product strategy, roadmap and business adoption of EY's customer data,
audience management and journey orchestration capabilities. The role will partner with marketing, analytics, technology and business stakeholders to drive the evolution of Adobe-powered customer intelligence and activation solutions, ensuring measurable business outcomes, improved audience insights and enhanced personalization capabilities.
Your key responsibilities
Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, priorities and success measures for assigned BMC technology (Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and enablement of products or capabilities.
Partner with BMC stakeholders to understand business objectives, user needs, operational pain points, adoption barriers, and opportunities to improve product value.
Translate business priorities into clear product outcomes, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items that guide delivery teams.
