About the Role
Shetty & Bhat is looking for a CA Finalist to join our Audit & Assurance team on a 2-month contractual basis. The candidate will be responsible for supporting and coordinating multiple audit assignments while leading the assigned audit team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate audit teams and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Handle team queries and guide team members on audit procedures and documentation.
Perform and review audit procedures, working papers, reconciliations and supporting documents.
Coordinate directly with clients for audit requirements, documents, clarifications and follow-ups.
Monitor assignment progress and communicate pending matters to senior team members.
Identify discrepancies and ensure proper resolution of audit queries.




Maintain proper audit documentation and ensure completion of assignments within deadlines.
Audit Exposure
The candidate will work across various assignments, including:
Statutory Audit | Company Audit | Trust Audit | LLP Audit | Tax Audit | Transfer Pricing Audit
Requirements
CA Finalist Students Only.
Good understanding of accounting and auditing principles.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting softwares.
Solid analytical, communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple assignments.
Prior audit experience or practical exposure will be an advantage.

Candidates who can take ownership of assignments, coordinate teams and communicate effectively with clients will be preferred.
