Accountabilities
Analyze and test realistic travel operations workflows across booking, reservation, ticketing, hospitality, and travel management platforms.




Evaluate AI-supported travel tools and integrated applications by running practical, real-world scenarios.
Identify, document, and clearly explain incorrect, inefficient, or unrealistic system outcomes.
Provide structured and actionable feedback on usability, platform behavior, workflows, and travel-industry requirements.
Assess solutions against established operational best practices across travel, hospitality, and corporate travel environments.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that could enhance platform functionality and operational effectiveness.
Collaborate with project coordinators by providing concise written feedback, structured assessments, and detailed observations.
Apply professional travel operations judgment to determine whether system outputs and workflows reflect realistic industry practices.
