About the Department:
Performance & Attribution (Eq/Bal) team provides critical portfolio insights that support investment decisions and client reporting. The team collaborates with advisory, risk, investment, compliance, and legal partners to ensure high-quality, compliant outputs. You will work in a cooperative, analytical environment and gain exposure to advanced portfolio analytics and cross-functional stakeholders.

You will create insightful performance commentary.
You will identify and fix complex data issues.
You will ensure timely report delivery.
You will build custom reports and queries.

Experience, Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or quantitative field.
6+ years in asset managemen
