Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP Basis operations across SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform,



and related platforms.
Drive SAP RISE adoption, modernization initiatives, and cloud transformation programs across the global SAP landscape.
Manage SAP environments hosted on Amazon Web Services, ensuring stability, performance, security, and compliance.
Lead incident, change, problem, and service request management aligned with Information Technology Infrastructure Library practices.
Deliver hands-on technical support for platform upgrades, migrations, patching, automation, and operational improvements.
Oversee SAP integration technologies, interfaces, and connectivity across enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
Ensure effective resolution of critical production issues through root cause analysis and preventive actions.
Partner with business, technology, finance, procurement, and external vendors to deliver reliable services globally.
