The Lead Engineer Control Software is responsible for the technical ownership and delivery of control system functions for complex power system and FACTS projects. In addition to performing hands-on control system design and implementation, the Lead Engineer coordinates technical activities across the project, leads testing and commissioning activities, and acts as a technical mentor for other control software engineers.





The role requires solid technical expertise combined with the ability to lead technical work packages, coordinate multidisciplinary activities, communicate with customers and stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of control software solutions from requirements through commissioning.

The position will be based in Noida, India with hybrid working flexibility. You will be working on cutting edge technology and varied international high-profile projects. In this position, you will be reporting to Engineering Manager – Control Software, Noida office and it can be considered a top priority position to perform in a critical engineering discipline for overall FACTS business.
