• Coordinating with Deloitte and statutory auditors for consultation and resolution of technical matters, as required. • Providing necessary support to statutory auditors in respect of tax positions adopted while preparing income-tax returns. • Computing advance tax, current tax, and deferred tax liabilities of Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd and its group companies based on inputs received from respective departments. • Monitoring and ensuring timely payment of advance tax and current tax within prescribed due dates. • Computing and tracking contingent tax liabilities as at year-end to determine approximate outstanding demands and refunds for Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd and group entities.
