Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Engineer to serve as the technical owner and administrator for one or more enterprise security technology domains, including endpoint security (EDR/XDR), vulnerability scanning for cloud and on-premises environments, SIEM and SOAR platforms, network security technologies, and AI security solutions.This role is responsible for the day-to-day ownership, administration, maintenance, optimization, and lifecycle management of assigned security platforms. Depending on organizational needs and individual expertise, the engineer may own one or more technology areas rather than the entire security tooling portfolio.Responsibilities include platform configuration, system administration, health monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, capacity planning, integration management, agent or sensor deployment support, vendor-supported lifecycle activities, and overall platform reliability.
The successful candidate will act as the primary technical owner for assigned security technologies,



ensuring they remain operational, properly configured, supported, integrated, documented, and aligned with enterprise requirements. This role focuses exclusively on engineering, sustainment, and operational excellence of security tools and services.Working closely with platform consumers, infrastructure teams, architects, and security stakeholders, the engineer will drive continuous improvements in platform stability, scalability, maintainability, and effectiveness while ensuring security technologies remain current and capable of supporting evolving business and security requirements.Candidate expectation: Candidates are not expected to possess subject matter expertise across every security domain listed.
