What we're looking for
GetFeedback Digital is SurveyMonkey's enterprise in-product feedback platform, helping companies understand and act on how their customers feel in real time. It sits within a broader experience management portfolio, and the person in this role will help shape where continuous feedback goes next across our products.

Product in India and gives an experienced product leader the prospect to own the product end-to-end at a pivotal moment. We're hiring a Lead Product Manager, based in Bangalore, to take ownership of GFD's product strategy and execution; working closely with engineering and design day to day, and hands-on enough to prototype or ship code when that's the fastest way to move. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who wants real ownership of a product with paying enterprise customers.
What you'll be working on
Own product strategy for GFD. Set the direction for where the platform goes next and translate that into a roadmap the team can execute against, including how continuous feedback capabilities extend across the portfolio.
Own the health of the existing book. Diagnose retention and expansion patterns across the customer base, and decide what to fix, rebuild, or sunset based on evidence.
