Accountabilities




Record high-quality scripted voice content in Latvian for AI training and speech model development.
Evaluate AI-generated speech samples for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, pronunciation, tone, pacing, and emotional expression.
Identify, annotate, and document issues or inconsistencies in generated speech and provide actionable feedback.
Assess regional and linguistic variations to help improve the authenticity and versatility of Latvian voice models.
Collaborate with project teams to refine prompts, evaluation methodologies, and voice design guidelines.
Apply professional voice-acting expertise to ensure training data consistently meets quality and performance standards.
Requirements
Demonstrated professional experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, or a related performance field in Latvian.
Native-level or highly proficient Latvian language skills with strong pronunciation and linguistic awareness.
