Purpose:
Support the Leadership Team of the Center in executing fulfilment coordination, onboarding, learning administration, talent operations, reporting, and employee engagement activities while ensuring accurate maintenance of trackers, repositories, and related administrative processes
Key Responsibilities
Support fulfilment activities by coordinating with hiring managers, recruiters, and stakeholders; maintain fulfilment trackers and provide regular status updates.




Maintain onboarding trackers and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed.
Manage repositories including CVs, NDAs, training records, etc.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updating of employee, candidate, and talent management records.
Work closely with business leaders, managers, and employees to ensure timely completion of talent management activities.
Track mandatory and recommended training completion and follow up with employees and managers.
Coordinate administrative activities related to talent management initiatives.
Support the Center Manager and leadership team with ad hoc operational requests.
Coordinate communication with employees for training, onboarding, and other people-related initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy across all talent management trackers and repositories
