About your team
The HR Business Partnering team works closely with leaders and managers at functional, regional and enterprise levels; partnering with key centres of HR expertise (for example: reward, talent acquisition, learning & development), to design and deliver people plans in support of business and organisational goals.
About your role
You will partner with senior leaders across Fidelity International’s global Platform teams to deliver people strategies that support business objectives, organisational effectiveness, and a positive employee experience.



Operating in a fast-paced, matrix setting, you will work flexibly and nimbly across multiple stakeholders, priorities, geographies, and global teams, applying an agile mindset to anticipate needs, align perspectives, unblock issues, and deliver practical people solutions. As a trusted HR business partner, you will lead a broad range of HR activities, with key focus areas including employee relations, performance and talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, career development, organisational change, and reward and recognition.
In addition, the role involves close collaboration with global HR COE teams such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, HR Shared Services, and HRIS to deliver integrated people solutions and ensure business priorities are reflected in the broader HR strategy.
