SCOPE: To ensure efficient operation, upkeep, and continuous improvement of plant utilities and equipment, enabling uninterrupted production while maintaining safety, environmental, and quality compliance.

Reliability & Utility Engineer will manage to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of plant utilities and equipment, supporting uninterrupted production and compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Core Responsibilities:
Utility Management:
Oversee daily operations of utilities including HVAC, compressed air systems, boilers, chillers ,water treatment plants .
Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations.
Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance:
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment and utility systems.
Respond to breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
Project Execution & Equipment Installation:
Support installation and commissioning of new utility systems and equipment.
