Accountabilities
Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot web applications, internal tools, and integrations across multiple platforms.
Build and maintain front-end interfaces, back-end logic, APIs, and database connections.
Manage and optimize CMS platforms, particularly WordPress, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
Implement API integrations and database connectivity solutions between business systems.
Use automation platforms such as Zapier to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Support and maintain a broad range of business applications and software platforms used across the organization.
Analyze data and create charts, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
Use advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools to process, analyze, and present data effectively.
