Identify and generate current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
Meet with potential clients to understand their IT requirements and business needs.
Present and demonstrate IT products, software, cloud solutions, and services to customers.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
Coordinate with technical and support teams to deliver suitable customer solutions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors,



and emerging technologies.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, follow-ups, and forecasts in Zoho CRM.
Required Skills

Strong lead-generation, follow-up, and closing skills.
Self-motivated with excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
Qualifications
