Must have worked in APAC region in demand gen.
Available to work according to APAC timing.
Experience with a CCaaS/ CPaaS player preferable.
Knowledge of Bahasa Language is preferable.

This isn’t just another cold-calling job.
As an Outbound SDR, you’re the first signal of Exotel, the one who sparks curiosity, builds relationships, and opens doors with India’s top businesses. You’ll play a key role in fueling Exotel’s growth engine by identifying, qualifying and creating opportunities for our sales team.
Experience:



2–8 years in outbound sales, inside sales, or lead generation
What you’ll do
Own the top of the funnel: Identify potential customers across sectors and reach out via calls, LinkedIn, and emails.
Start meaningful conversations with CXOs, Founders, and Product Heads about transforming customer communication.
Qualify leads through discovery — understanding pain points, decision-making processes, and readiness to adopt.
Collaborate with the Account Executives to hand off well-qualified opportunities and strategise outreach campaigns.
Experiment and iterate on messaging, outreach sequences, and tools to improve conversion rates.
Track, measure, and share insights using CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce).
