This is a high-impact chance for an experienced HRIS and integration professional to support and optimize enterprise workforce technology within a healthcare environment.
You’ll serve as a subject matter expert across UKG Pro Workforce Management and Boomi integration solutions.
The role combines hands-on configuration, integration development, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and continuous optimization.
You’ll work across HRIS, IT, operational, and vendor teams to deliver reliable solutions and meaningful system enhancements.
Your work will help ensure accurate workforce data, dependable integrations, secure system operations, and efficient HR processes.
The position offers significant ownership across the HRIS technology ecosystem, including releases, testing, migrations, and change management.

Accountabilities
Configure and maintain UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions), including timekeeping, pay rules, time-off policies, scheduling, analytics, Data Hub, and productivity functionality.
Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Boomi integrations connecting UKG with other enterprise applications.
Build and support APIs, inbound and outbound interfaces, data mappings, transformations, and cloud-based connectors.
Manage UKG releases, system updates, security configurations, testing activities, and production migrations.
Monitor integration performance, investigate errors, and resolve technical issues to maintain system reliability and data integrity.
Partner with HRIS, IT, operational teams, and external vendors to deliver system enhancements, integrations, and technology projects.
