Job Description: Senior Executive - Technical
Position Overview: The Senior Executive - Technical is responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the management of facility systems and infrastructure. This role involves overseeing and coordinating technical operations, maintenance, and projects to ensure the effective and reliable functioning of the facility. The Senior Executive - Technical works closely with the facility management team to ensure compliance with standards, optimize performance,



and address technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Operations and Maintenance:
Oversee the operation and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and security systems.
Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
Project Coordination:
Manage technical projects, such as renovations, upgrades, installations, and equipment replacements.
Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
