Job Summary: The Director of Product Management is responsible for the financial health (ARR, Churn, Contribution Margin) of their portfolio.



You will create, refine and execute the global product vision and strategy for your market segment. This role ensures highest-quality product management across the end-to-end lifecycle and identifies market opportunities through deep segmentation and competitive intelligence. You will lead the re-skilling of your organization from traditional PMs into AI native Product Definers. You will move your team away from "Agile human-centric coordination" to a model where humans assist agents in orchestrating software delivery.
