Job Summary

Job Description – NOC L1 Engineer

Experience: 4–8 years

Location: OƯshore

Number of Resource required: 7

Responsibilities

 Network monitoring: Monitor LAN/WAN links, routers, firewalls, and wireless

equipment for availability and performance.

 Server monitoring: Track server health, CPU/memory utilization, and

escalate hardware/software alerts.

 Ticket handling: Follow SOPs for incident logging, categorization, and

resolution; update tickets with accurate status.

 Escalation management: Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams per

defined SLA timelines.

 ISP coordination: Engage ISPs for WAN/internet link issues,



track resolution,

and update stakeholders.

 Vendor coordination: Liaise with hardware/software vendors for RMA,

patching, and support cases.

 SOP compliance: Ensure all actions are aligned with documented SOPs and

governance standards.

Skills & Qualifications

 Basic knowledge of network devices (switches, routers, firewalls) and server

monitoring tools.

 Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira, etc.).

 Robust Communication Skills For ISP/vendor Coordination.

 Certifications preferred: CompTIA Network+, CCNA (entry-level), or

equivalent.
