Who We Are Looking For

As a Director of Human Resources, you will define and execute an employee-focused HR strategy. You will shape a workplace where people thrive personally and professionally, driving organizational unity, high trust, and cross-cultural synergy. With a focus on collaboration, efficiency and results, you will lead the India Employee Success team and work closely with India employees, leaders, Country Manager and Global leaders on ensuring the seamless implementation and execution of all HR processes, policies, and programs. You will report to the Senior Director, Global TA & HR.

What You’ll Be Doing as A Part of Our Team

Leadership & Strategy

Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives, in close collaboration with the Senior Director, Global TA & HR and the India Country Manager.
Lead the work of the Employee Success team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional development.
Demonstrate understanding and appreciation of cultural nuances, especially between India and the US,



to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace workplace.
Drive results and impact with informed decision making by analyzing data, evaluating options, and considering the potential impact on the organization and its employees
Demonstrate adaptability to changing business needs, regulatory environments, and cultural dynamics, demonstrating flexibility in approach and problem-solving.

HR Operations, Compliance & Risk Management

Responsible for the full spectrum of Global HR processes and policies, including performance reviews, salary planning, goal setting, talent reviews, employee support programs, and employee relations.
Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety, etc.
Responsible for accurate, timely processing of payroll for all India employees
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, POSH, PF/ESI, and safety regulations, executing po
