Compensation: ₹4 LPA Fixed + ₹4 LPA Incentives (Up to ₹8 LPA CTC)

Work Schedule: 6 Days/Week (Thursday Off)

Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM (Sunday: 10:00 AM - 9:30 PM)

Job Summary

We're looking for a Business Development Associate who understands the stock market and can confidently engage with prospective learners. This is a consultative sales role where your ability to explain financial concepts and recommend the right learning program will directly impact conversions.

You should be comfortable discussing topics such as Equity Markets, Technical Analysis, Futures & Options (F&O;), Mutual Funds, and investing while driving admissions for our finance programs.
