Job Overview
The Business Analyst, Operation is responsible for executing, maintaining, and continuously improving the enterprise delivery operating model, governance processes, resource management practices, and operational reporting capabilities.



Reporting to the Operational Excellence Lead, this role serves as a key member of the Operational Excellence Center of Excellence (COE), helping to drive operational consistency, delivery performance, data integrity, and process adoption across all business units.
This position partners closely with Operations Leads, Project Management, Resource Managers, Finance, Sales Operations, and Business Systems teams to ensure enterprise standards are consistently executed and operational insights are translated into actionable improvements.
Success in this role requires a highly analytical, process-oriented professional who is comfortable working across teams, managing complex data, and driving operational improvements in a rapid-paced professional services setting
