What work you will be responsible for:
Position Overview:
EisnerAmper has an immediate career opportunity for an Independence Department Manager (part of the Firm’s Risk Management group). In this role, you will work closely with the Independence Department team to maintain firm-wide compliance with independence regulations and strengthen our System of Quality Management. The Manager oversees key independence policies and control processes, requires deep knowledge of regulatory independence requirements, and serves as a link between our India team and broader global risk management efforts.
Responsibilities:
Oversee Independence Processes & Controls: Lead day-to-day execution of independence control activities and reporting requirements to ensure compliance with relevant external regulations (e.g., SEC, PCAOB, AICPA, DOL) and internal firm policies.
