Business Analyst-Industry Markets | Data & Insights

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst- Data & Insights (Industry Markets) will play a critical role in analysing and interpreting analysing multi-channel data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive business performance. This individual will work closely with stakeholders within BMC teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

Works with business stakeholders to understand their needs and define data and reporting requirements.
Consulting with multiple industry stakeholders around tagging and tracking of assets.

Insights Strategy





Collects and interprets data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Coordinating with multiple stakeholders on pre and post campaign analysis
Uses tools and techniques to analyse data and produce actionable information.
Recommends changes to business practices based on data-driven insights.

Project Management:

Manages data-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BMC marketing and product development to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Liaising with various stakeholders on current AA implementation requirements.

Continuous Learning and Development:

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in marketing analytics, bringing innovative ideas and best practices to the team.
