About the Role
The Service Relationship Manager – Private Banking Group in the Retail Banking business unit is responsible for managing high-value client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and supporting the sale of banking products and services. The role involves providing financial advice, including investment and financial planning, while ensuring a seamless and fulfilling customer experience. The incumbent plays a key role in positioning IDFC FIRST Bank as the primary banking partner for clients by enhancing satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Support all sales and service activities for Private Banking clients in the assigned region.
Provide comprehensive information on products and services, ensuring best-in-class service delivery.
Analyze clients’ cash flow, capital structure, and investment needs to offer tailored financial solutions.
Monitor client account performance and recommend strategies to improve returns.




Ensure a robust control framework is in place and operational risks are effectively managed.
Automate key business activities to enhance delivery efficiency.
Streamline digitization processes to improve service quality and operational effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to bank guidelines, audit standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Gather market intelligence and benchmark against competitor best practices.
Enhance customer journey and partner experience to differentiate the bank from competitors.
Evaluate and implement digital enablement across offerings, channels, and processes to boost operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal departments to deliver integrated and superior product and service offerings.
