As a Technical Lead, you'll bridge the gap between individual contribution and management, driving technical excellence while mentoring engineers and guiding architectural decisions.



You'll work on systems that process millions of healthcare transactions, prevent fraud and abuse, and ultimately make healthcare more affordable and accessible for everyday Americans.
Role Summary
The Technical Lead Engineer is a hands-on technical leadership role combining deep software engineering expertise with mentorship responsibilities. You will lead by example in writing high-quality code, architecting solutions, and establishing engineering best practices while guiding junior and mid-level engineers in their technical growth. This position requires strong technical depth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a quick-paced environment.
