What you will do:
You will lead our efforts to retain and grow our important and large volume customer base, driving our Gross and Net Revenue retention with this cohort
Talk to as many customers as possible, ensuring high activity through phone calls and making sure customers are clear on their status and our product developments
Efficiently and effectively manage a large number of renewals per month, ensuring they are processed in a transparent and timely manner and growth opportunities are maximised
Be aware of your attainment numbers, key performance indicators and customer health data
Process and maximise expansion opportunities from your accounts
Use the data at your disposal and work closely with CS Ops to proactively identify customers at risk of churn and work across teams to find solutions to retain them
