Role: Chief Marketing and business Development Officer (CMBO)

Job Description:
RBC is looking for industry leaders in Marketing function, who can work against equity and sales 8-10%. Leaders with min. 10+ years of experience and have exposure working in SaaS organizations and motivation to work and develop start-ups is a must. This role is ideal for an expert who can align brand, product and revenue while building a repeatable demand engine in a complex B2B sales workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Ø Define and own the overall SaaS marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, revenue targets, and growth milestones.




Ø Lead demand generation and pipeline growth across inbound, outbound, product-led growth (PLG), and partner channels.
Ø Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches, features, pricing changes, and market expansion.
Ø Own brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across website, content, product marketing, sales enablement, and campaigns.
Ø Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align on ICPs, personas, value proposition, and revenue goals.
Ø Develop data-driven marketing plans, using insights from customer behavior, funnel performance, CAC, LTV, and cohort analysis.
Ø Manage acquisition channels including SEO, content, paid media, lifecycle/email, webinars, events, and partnerships.
Ø Lead lifecycle and retention marketing, focusing on activation, onboarding, usage growth, churn reduction, and upsell/cross-sell.
