Requirements

Qualifications for Senior Back Office Supervisor:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in back office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse team
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
