Job Title: Food & Beverage Controller

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Controller to oversee and optimize F&B; costs, inventory, purchasing controls, and profitability while maintaining quality and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily F&B; costs, analyze cost variances, prepare COGS reports, and conduct menu costing.
Manage inventory systems, stock counts, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Monitor purchasing and receiving processes, including quantity and quality verification of goods received.
Work closely with chefs on menu engineering, recipe costing, portion control, and menu profitability.
Monitor food wastage and identify opportunities for loss prevention and cost optimization.




Prepare regular cost and inventory reports and ensure proper documentation and audit compliance.
Monitor food cost and inventory levels to ensure accurate stock management.
Ensure quality and consistency of goods received and adherence to operational standards.

Requirements:
10+ years of relevant experience in F&B; Controlling.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Solid knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and POS systems.
Excellent communication and coordination skills within hospitality/F&B; operations.
