About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Service Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in the Oracle Fusion ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, customizing, integrating, and supporting Oracle Fusion Service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end technical activities for Oracle Fusion Service.
Work on Service Request Management, Knowledge Management and Entitlements.
Configure Service Folders, Work Orders, Queues and Assignment Rules.
Develop customizations using Groovy Scripting, Application Composer and Page Composer.
Design and support integrations between Oracle Fusion Service and external applications.
Work with REST and SOAP Web Services.
Support Field Service Integration, Digital Customer Service (DCS) and Omni-Channel solutions.




Develop complex reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher.
Perform data loading using relevant Oracle Fusion tools such as FBL/HDL.
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment and production support.
Collaborate with functional consultants, architects and business stakeholders.
Required Skills
✅ 5–8 years of hands-on experience in the Oracle Fusion ecosystem
✅ Solid experience in Oracle Fusion Service
✅ Expert-level Groovy Scripting experience
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Application Composer / Page Composer
✅ Experience with REST & SOAP Web Services
✅ Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion integrations
✅ Experience with OTBI & BI Publisher
✅ Experience with FBL/HDL or Oracle Fusion data loading tools
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
