* Identify & Develop vendors for services like Mining, Raw Material Handling,
Recycling Waste operation, Equipment Hiring, Manpower, Consultancy etc.

* Finalization of contract for Mining, Raw Material Handling, Recycling Waste,
Manpower, Consultancy, etc.

* Hiring of Equipment, HEMM etc.

* Understanding of machines operation.

* Preparation of Internal costing/Clean sheet costing

* Draft and execute output-based, KPI-linked and performance-driven service
contracts.

* Floating Enquiry to the Suppliers/Contractors.

* Preparing Comparative Statement/ Negotiation & Order finalisation

* Preparation of Note for Approval, PO/WO/Agreement.

* Drive cost reduction

* Knowledge of SAP MM module, Ariba, MS PPT/Excel is required

* MIS & Reporting, maintaining data related to service orders.

* Coordination with all concerned dept (Plant & HO) for Requirement, PRs, Scope
of Work, TE, Approvals etc.

* Follow up with Vendors for timely completion of Job/Mobilization of manpower
& equipment.
