About the Role
We are a growing U.S.-based dental organization operating 10 practices across Northern California, including general dentistry and advanced dental implant centers.
We are establishing an in-house marketing department in Mohali/Chandigarh and are seeking an experienced Head of Digital Marketing to build and lead the operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role with complete responsibility for marketing strategy, team building, execution, performance tracking and patient acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the marketing strategy for all 10 U.S. dental practices
Build and manage an in-house marketing team
Recruit and supervise specialists in:
Google Ads/PPC
Meta Ads
SEO
Graphic design
Video editing and content
Oversee websites, landing pages, social media and digital campaigns




Manage marketing for dental implants, All-on-X, cosmetic dentistry and general dentistry
Improve lead quality, appointment conversion and patient acquisition
Establish accurate tracking, reporting and attribution systems
Monitor budgets, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, ROAS and marketing ROI
Maintain consistent branding across digital, print and patient-facing materials
Work closely with U.S. ownership and practice leadership
Performance Focus
Success will be measured across the complete patient-acquisition journey:
Marketing Spend → Qualified Leads → Appointments → Consultations → Case Acceptance → Revenue → ROI
The role requires strong commercial judgment and accountability for measurable business results—not simply clicks, impressions or followers.
Required Experience
8–12+ years of digital marketing experience
Proven experience building and managing marketing teams
Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and
