The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Platform Engineer to lead the design, implementation, modernization, and support of enterprise platform services across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in infrastructure engineering, platform operations, automation, middleware, scheduling, database management, file transfer solutions, and production support within large-scale enterprise environments.

The role requires leadership in driving platform stability, automation, observability,



resiliency, security, and operational excellence while partnering with business, application, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Engineering & Operations
- Lead the design, deployment, and management of enterprise platform infrastructure across UNIX, Linux, and Windows environments.
- Drive platform modernization initiatives including virtualization, automation, cloud integration, and infrastructure optimization.
- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of business-critical platforms.
- Manage platform capacity planning, performance tuning, system upgrades, and lifecycle management.
- Define platform standards, operational procedures, and support models.

Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Manage enterprise server environments, virtual machines (VMware/Hyper-V), storage systems, NAS platforms, and network integrations.
