The Advanced EV division is responsible for developing and industrialising critical electric vehicle technologies including onboard chargers, DC-DC converters, battery management systems, and motor controllers.

As a Senior Design Validation and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analysing component and system-level validation activities for vehicle energy management products. You will work in a highly collaborative environment with hardware, software, design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure robust product performance throughout development and launch phases.

Validation Planning & Execution
- Develop comprehensive component-level and system-level validation plans based on product requirements and industry standards.
- Execute electrical,



functional, performance, EMI/EMC, reliability, and environmental validation testing.
- Create detailed test procedures, reports, and validation documentation.
- Analyse test results and provide clear technical recommendations.

Laboratory Testing & Equipment Management
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including:
- Oscilloscopes
- Power analysers
- Digital multimeters
- AC/DC power supplies
- Electronic loads
- Environmental chambers
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of test equipment.
- Promote laboratory safety and compliance practices.

Product Validation & Issue Resolution
- Validate EV power electronics products including onboard chargers, battery management systems, DC-DC converters, and motor controllers.
- Support root cause investigations and failure analysis activities.
- Identify product risks and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
