; Key Responsibilities
- ;Gather and document requirements for Payments transformation initiatives across front-end (App/Browser) customer journeys
- ;Support delivery across Cross Border Payments, FX engine, Wallets, Payment Operations, ISO20022, or Compliance Regulatory Payments workstreams
- ;Write EPICs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria; run requirement workshops and backlog grooming sessions
- ;Support end-to-end delivery lifecycle activities, including risk issues analysis
- ;Collaborate with cross-functional, multi-geography teams throughout delivery

; Required / Must-Have Skills
- ;Domain: Payments, Front End (App/Browser) strong customer journey exposure on Mobile or Browser
- ;Sub-domain exposure to at least one of: Cross Border Payments, FX engine, Wallets, Payment Operations, ISO20022, or Compliance Regulatory Payments (across more than 2 geographies)
- ;Excellent communication skills




- ;Agile exposure of at least 2 years or more not limited to Sprints and Scrum planning
- ;Strong at writing EPICs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria; running elaborate requirement workshops and backlog grooming
- ;Understanding of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle and the role of a BA at each stage, with a good command of risk issues analysis

; Preferred / Valuable-to-Have Skills
- ;Prior experience with a leading global bank (preferred, not mandatory)
