About the Role

Spartan Fitness is a premium fitness destination with an ambitious expansion roadmap. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations of our large-format fitness facility in Hyderabad.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has successfully managed a large gym, fitness centre, health club, or premium wellness facility. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing large teams, multiple departments, high member volumes, facility operations, service standards, and business performance.

The person should be a solid operator and people leader who can bring structure, accountability, and consistency to a fast-paced fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities

Overall Operations
- Take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the facility.
- Establish and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, hygiene, safety, discipline, and overall facility presentation.




- Develop and implement operational processes, SOPs, and systems to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Identify operational gaps and take timely corrective action.

Team & People Management
- Lead and manage large cross-functional teams across Fitness, Front Desk / Member Experience, Housekeeping, Kitchen / Support and other operational functions.
- Set clear responsibilities, KPIs, performance expectations, and accountability across teams.
- Drive team productivity, discipline, attendance, service quality, and employee engagement.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews and ensure continuous training and development.

Member Experience
- Own the overall member experience and ensure consistently high service standards.
- Monitor member feedback, complaints, escalations, and service issues and ensure timely resolution.
