Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare Land & Building and Plant & Machinery Valuation Reports in prescribed MS Word formats.
- Enter and update property details such as owner name, address, survey number, land area, building area, boundaries and other particulars.
- Extract and incorporate relevant details from documents such as Sale Deed, Patta, EC, Approved Plan, FMB, Legal Opinion, Tax Receipts and other supporting records.
- Format valuation reports, tables, annexures, photographs and supporting documents in a professional manner.
- Prepare location maps, photo sheets and annexures as instructed.
- Check reports for typing errors, missing information, calculation/format inconsistencies and document references.
- Handle PDF files including scanning, merging, arranging and converting documents.
- Maintain proper report numbering, file naming and digital records.
- Coordinate with Valuers and office staff for clarification and collection of missing details.
- Assist in preparing final reports for submission to Banks, Financial Institutions, Corporates and other clients.




- Complete assigned reports accurately within stipulated timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and property-related documents.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; B.Com., BBA, BCA, Diploma / Civil Engineering candidates may also apply.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
- Good knowledge of MS Word is essential.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and PDF handling.
- Good English typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong document formatting and data-entry skills.
- Ability to read and understand property-related documents will be an advantage.
- Candidates with prior experience in a Valuation Firm, Chartered Engineer Office, Advocate Office, Bank Panel Valuer Office, Real Estate, Audit or Documentation Office will be preferred.
- Positive attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
