Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive for our production plant at Sanand, Gujarat. The candidate should have hands-on experience in plant HR activities, payroll, statutory compliances, employee handling, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Plant HR activities and employee relations.
- Handle Payroll processing, attendance, leave, overtime and salary inputs.
- Manage PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation and MIS reports.
- Handle joining, onboarding, induction and exit formalities.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for manpower requirements.




- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.
- Support audits, inspections and other plant HR requirements.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of relevant Plant HR / Manufacturing HR experience.
- Robust knowledge of Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
- Good understanding of Factory/Plant HR activities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS.
- Commerce graduate preferred.
- Candidates from manufacturing/production plant background will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,017.64 - ₹33,109.81 per month
