Robust understanding of the company's business, functions, processes, and operating model.

Tasks
- Understand the company's products, customers, markets, and business model.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement, and other functions.
- Spend time with frontline teams to understand ground-level operations.
- Understand key processes and SOPs across functions.
- Study functional KPIs and business performance.
- Document observations, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in functional review meetings.
