Accounts Executive

Location: Noida(Sector 90)
Experience: 4-6 Years
Work Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, Indian statutory compliances, and accounting software, along with the ability to manage day-to-day financial activities accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting activities, including bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations using accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including vendor and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation and timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory compliances.
- Support monthly and annual financial closing, audit processes, and preparation of management reports.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records in accordance with company policies and statutory regulations.




- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide the required documents, reports, and information during audits.
- Assist with payroll accounting and related compliance activities.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting activities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
- Prior experience or exposure to the IT/IT services industry will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate, IT services, or technology-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting practices, GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
- Strong command of MS Excel, including advanced Excel functions and financial data handling.
