Job Title: Retention Marketing Intern. Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office). Department: Retention. Type: Internship. Duration: 3 months. / Month.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Retention Marketing Intern to support customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle communication. You will work closely with the CRM Manager to build and execute campaigns across multiple channels and ensure timely, error-free delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute CRM campaigns across Push, SMS, WhatsApp, E-mail, In-app, RCS
- Build segments based on user behavior funnels
- Assist in lifecycle journeys (activation retention reactivation)
- Track CTR, conversions campaign performance
- Run A/B experiments and optimize communication strategy
- Coordinate with content, product analytics teams
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in CRM, retention marketing,



or lifecycle operations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like MoEngage or CleverTap (mandatory).
- Experience in managing SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and RCS campaigns.
- Basic understanding of segmentation, funnels, and campaign analytics.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns in parallel.
- Mandatory: Hindi + English [South languages good to have]
