Work Responsibility: -
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers, shipping lines, NVOCCs, and overseas agents for Ocean & Air (Import, FCL/LCL) to obtain the best competitive rates with sufficient margins, ensure space and equipment availability, and resolve space/equipment issues.
- Act as a single point of contact for customers and overseas agents for pricing, quotations, and shipment coordination; manage and negotiate pricing for all shipments while ensuring zero operational or coordination failures.
- Analyse RFQs and pricing inquiries from customers and sales teams, conduct pricing analysis and cost modelling, and provide competitive, profitable, and economically viable pricing solutions within agreed timelines, ensuring proper follow-up for quick conversion.
